The projects we undertake range from eight thousand dollar tree houses to two million dollar residences.
We specialize in custom waterfront homes along the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries, but also have projects in other locations including the Bahamas, Cape Cod, and as far away as West Sussex, England.
Our projects range from shingle style and contemporary to sensitive restorations and additions to some of our most historic properties. Our designs are compatible with and respectful of the waterfront environment. We use traditional and transitional design features married to the most modern, low maintenance materials available today. We view our homes (and all of our projects) as long term investments and factor in lifestyles, resale value and life cycle costing in the planning stages.
